Solution

After experiencing complex family situations - rejection, psychological and physical violence - many young LGBT+ people find themselves without support and on the streets.

The Fondation Le Refuge offers them secure temporary accommodation as well as social, psychological and professional accompaniment to enable them to rebuild their lives, achieve lasting autonomy and regain confidence in themselves.

Three types of delegations enable the Refuge to put its charitable actions into practice:
delegations that accommodate and support people taken into care by the Foundation;
delegations that do not have accommodation but pursue training and awareness-raising missions in the fight against LGBTphobia;
delegations that federate local delegations and organize training for volunteers.

The money will be used for

1- Fund nights of accommodation for young people in care.
2- Offer meals daily to young people in care.
3- Provide hygiene kits and basic necessities.
4- Support remobilization workshops towards employment.
5- Provide personalized psychological and social accompaniment.
6- Organize awareness campaigns against LGBTphobia.
